We probably see each other only once a year but these annual gatherings have turned into despididas. First I saw her off to NY, and now to Canada. Whenever we do meet she never fails to teach me something new… Whether its about love - she has an admirable long distance relationship with a Marine or about chasing her dreams - on & off broadway or just about life. She’s stopped making future plans, embraced the uncertainty & isn’t looking back (or far too forward for that matter). Something that I’m trying to work on.
